Who It's For

Is This The Right Fit?

A quick way to tell before you commit to it.

01

Agents who want their SEO base handled once, not paid for every month indefinitely.

02

Agents whose Google Business Profile and website have sat untouched for months, or longer.

03

Agents who've published content before but never with a keyword strategy behind it.

04

Agents who want a documented plan for what comes after the setup, not just a list of finished tasks.

Before You Buy

What A Setup Actually Fixes

True whether you buy this or not, worth knowing before you decide.

1

Most sites aren't broken, they're invisible

Nothing may be technically wrong with your site. It's just never been structured or signaled in a way Google reads as locally relevant.

2

A one-time push needs a target

Random fixes without a keyword strategy rarely move rankings. A setup only works if it's aimed at the searches your buyers and sellers actually use.

3

A roadmap beats a checklist

Fixing what's broken today doesn't tell you what to do in month two. A real setup ends with a plan, not just a list of completed tasks.

The Difference

Before The Setup.
After The Setup.

Good SEO starts with understanding what your website is missing. From incomplete Google Business Profiles to generic page descriptions and technical issues, we identify the gaps and build a stronger foundation around your actual market and services.

× Before The Setup

  • Google Business Profile services are incomplete or don't match the website.
  • Generic or duplicated SEO titles and descriptions.
  • Incorrect headings, missing schema, or other technical gaps.
  • Website copy doesn't clearly explain local expertise or services.
  • Blog content lacks a clear keyword strategy or relevant internal links.
  • No organized plan for what to focus on next.

✓ After The Setup

  • Services and descriptions aligned across the website and Google Business Profile.
  • More relevant page titles, descriptions, and on-page content.
  • Technical fixes and appropriate structured data added where supported.
  • Stronger community-specific and service-specific website content.
  • Keyword-targeted content with useful internal linking.
  • A documented 90-day roadmap for future priorities.

Examples Of Our Work

Here's What The Work Actually Looks Like.

Real examples of the technical, content, and strategy work we've prepared for real estate clients. Explore each example to see what was done and why.

01 / Google Business Profile

A Google Profile That Matches The Website

For this client, we rebuilt the services list in her Google Business Profile and wrote updated descriptions that matched the services presented on her website.

The purpose was consistency and relevance. When someone finds her through Google, the services and descriptions should align with what they'll see when they visit her website.

Completed Work
Scroll to explore all 5 screenshots →
What was improved: Service descriptions were rebuilt to reflect the agent's actual offerings. This helps make the Google profile more complete and keeps its information consistent with the website.
02 / Technical SEO & On-Page Fixes

Fixing The Details That Were Holding Pages Back

SEO improvements aren't limited to invisible technical settings. They also involve making the words, headings, and supporting content on each page clearer.

Real Fix Examples
Example — SEO title and meta description settings
Technical Example

Better Titles & Descriptions

We reviewed SEO titles and meta descriptions so each important page could communicate its actual purpose and local relevance, instead of relying on generic or duplicated descriptions.

A more specific search snippet can help visitors understand what they'll find on the page before clicking. Google may still choose to display different snippet text.

Before & After — Private Listings Copy

The original copy didn't explain what made these off-market listings valuable or where the team worked. We rewrote it to include the relevant communities and explain what visitors could expect.

Before — Original Copy

"Fill out the form below to receive our comprehensive list of off-market listings."

After — Improved Copy

"Some of North Scottsdale's best homes never make it to the MLS. Fill out the form below and Julie and Jeff will send you off market and pre market listings in Desert Highlands, Troon and the other private communities they cover, along with a direct line to reach them."

Updated Private Listings page content
Why the change matters: The new copy communicates the specific local market, identifies relevant private communities, and explains what the visitor receives after submitting the form.

Adding Community-Specific Credibility

We also created a new section called "Why Julie and Jeff for Desert Highlands."

The section explains that Julie and Jeff are Desert Highlands residents, work with buyers and sellers in the community, and understand how membership status and club fit can influence a purchase.

Why we added it: A community page should do more than describe a location. It should help visitors understand why that particular real estate professional is qualified to guide them in the area.
New community-specific credibility section

Helping Search Engines Understand Your Content

Structured data, also called schema markup, is code that explains information about a webpage in a machine-readable format.

For real estate websites, appropriate schema can describe articles, authors, navigation structure, services, and other supported page information.

Schema Example
BlogPosting Schema

Identifies article information such as the headline, author, description, and publication date.

FAQPage Schema

Organizes relevant questions and answers in structured data when appropriate for the page.

BreadcrumbList Schema

Defines how the page fits into the website's navigation hierarchy.

Schema Example — Arizona Real Estate Article
{
  "@context": "https://schema.org",
  "@type": "BlogPosting",
  "headline": "Is Arizona Running Out of Water? What Home Buyers Should Know",
  "author": {
    "@type": "Person",
    "name": "Chris Usher"
  },
  "datePublished": "2026-10-01"
}

{
  "@context": "https://schema.org",
  "@type": "FAQPage",
  "mainEntity": [
    {
      "@type": "Question",
      "name": "Is Arizona running out of water?",
      "acceptedAnswer": {
        "@type": "Answer",
        "text": "Arizona draws water from several managed sources..."
      }
    }
  ]
}

{
  "@context": "https://schema.org",
  "@type": "BreadcrumbList",
  "itemListElement": [
    {
      "@type": "ListItem",
      "position": 1,
      "name": "Home"
    },
    {
      "@type": "ListItem",
      "position": 2,
      "name": "Blog"
    },
    {
      "@type": "ListItem",
      "position": 3,
      "name": "Arizona Water Article"
    }
  ]
}
Condensed illustrative excerpt from a supplied client schema example. Not a complete JSON-LD implementation.
What this improves: Structured data gives search engines additional context about a webpage. It does not guarantee rankings, rich results, or additional traffic, and eligibility depends on the markup and search engine requirements.
04 / Strategic Keyword Research

Knowing Which Searches Each Page Should Target

Keyword research guides how website pages and articles are structured. The goal isn't to target every keyword on every page, but to match search intent with the most relevant content.

Strategy Example
Scottsdale SEO — Client Strategy Excerpt Keyword Mapping
Primary Target Keyword
Scottsdale luxury real estate agent
Primary Website Focus

Scottsdale luxury real estate agent — used as the core positioning target.

Relocation Content

Supporting searches related to moving to Scottsdale and nearby communities.

Community-Level Pages

Individual homes-for-sale terms mapped to their relevant local community pages.

Client example: In this Scottsdale project, the primary target phrase was "Scottsdale luxury real estate agent," supported by relocation and community-level terms. The research informed the homepage, buyer and seller pages, local community pages, and future content recommendations.
05 / Custom SEO Blog Content

Articles That Answer Real Buyer & Seller Questions

We create articles around topics that matter to the agent's market, rather than publishing generic content just to fill a blog.

Here's a complete example of an article prepared for a North Scottsdale real estate team, including the internal links connecting readers to related seller resources.

What to Fix Before You List Your North Scottsdale Home and What to Skip

Sellers usually fall into one of two camps. Some do nothing before listing and leave money on the table. Others renovate everything and spend far more than the sale price ever recovers.

Both mistakes come from the same place: nobody gave them a straight read on what actually becomes a negotiating point once a buyer's inspector walks through.

Jeff's background is in strategy, negotiations and contract work, and that's the lens he brings before a listing goes to market. He's seen which small issues buyers use to push for a price reduction or credit after inspection, and which ones buyers never mention at all.

What Tends to Be Worth Fixing

  • Anything a buyer will notice in the first five minutes. Curb appeal, entry condition and the general sense of upkeep set the tone before anyone walks through the door. A tired front yard or a dated entry can undercut a home that's actually in great shape inside.
  • Small functional issues. A sticking door, a leaking fixture or a cracked tile reads as neglect to a buyer, even when it's a five minute fix. These small items tend to get flagged in inspection anyway, so handling them before listing usually costs less than negotiating over them later.
  • A fresh, neutral paint job. It's inexpensive relative to almost anything else on this list, and it does more to make a home feel updated than most sellers expect.
  • Deferred maintenance on major systems. Roof, HVAC and plumbing issues tend to come up in inspection regardless, and they're the kind of thing that can stall a deal or trigger a renegotiation after you're already under contract.

What Tends to Not Be Worth It

  • A full kitchen or bathroom remodel right before listing. These are expensive, take time you may not have and buyers often want to make those choices themselves anyway. A dated but clean kitchen usually outperforms a rushed, over-budget renovation.
  • Highly personalized upgrades. A custom home theater, an elaborate built-in or a specialty finish that reflects your taste specifically may not reflect what the next buyer is looking for, and it rarely returns what it cost to install.
  • Anything that doesn't match the neighborhood. Overbuilding relative to nearby homes is one of the more common ways sellers spend money without getting it back. What's worth adding in one community may be irrelevant in another, which is part of why local context matters as much as the renovation itself.

The Real Question Isn't "Should I Renovate," It's "Where's the Line"

There isn't a universal answer here, and we're not going to pretend there is. What's worth fixing depends on the home's condition, the competition currently on the market and what buyers in that specific community are paying attention to. That's a conversation, not a checklist.

Jeff walks properties before they list and gives clients a direct answer: fix this, skip that and here's why. It's the same read he brings to contract negotiations and inspection response , just applied before a home hits the market instead of after an offer comes in.

Thinking about listing and not sure where to start? See the full walkthrough in our Prepare to Sell guide , or talk to Julie and Jeff directly about your specific property.

Why this is an SEO-focused article: It answers a relevant seller question, includes context specific to North Scottsdale, demonstrates the team's expertise, and connects readers to related website pages through internal links. It's useful content designed to support the larger website strategy.
06 / Flexible Content Options

Sometimes, A Community Page Makes More Sense Than Another Blog

Not every website needs the exact same type of content. Sometimes, a website is missing an important community page that would be more valuable to build than another blog post.

In this North Scottsdale project, a Desert Mountain community page was created to address an important gap in the website's existing content.

Content Strategy Example
Desert Mountain — Completed Community Page Example
Real Project Example

Targeted Community Content

Desert Mountain was an important community missing from this client's existing website content.

Creating a dedicated page provided space for community-specific information and a clearer destination for visitors researching homes in that area.

This is an example of how the content plan can be adapted to address a more important SEO opportunity.

Need A Community Page Instead Of A Blog?

Our One-Time SEO Setup includes 3 custom blog posts, but if your website would benefit more from a dedicated community page, you can ask about replacing one of the blog posts with that page.

We'll review your website, your target markets, and your existing content, then let you know whether that substitution is the better SEO decision for your specific situation. Any change in deliverables is agreed before the work is completed.

07 / 90-Day SEO Strategy Roadmap

A Real Plan For The Next 90 Days

The work doesn't end with a list of technical fixes. Our setup includes a documented 90-day strategy roadmap so the client knows which SEO tasks, content opportunities, and performance checkpoints to prioritize next.

Part 2 — Audit Baseline

This project's audit was conducted through direct, page-by-page manual review. These were the starting issues documented before the work was completed.

What Was Found At The Start

  • Generic, duplicated meta descriptions across many pages.
  • Broken or generic H1 headings, including a template issue showing only a single word.
  • No JSON-LD structured data across the original website.
  • About page content duplicated from the homepage.
  • Community copy containing thin or previously published marketing text.
  • Buyer and seller guides relying on stock template content.
  • Outdated information on a luxury community page.
  • An incomplete social media page.
  • Inconsistent community names between page titles and actual search terms.
  • No dedicated home valuation capture on the website, scheduled for later improvement.
  • A missing community page for a high-priority target area, scheduled in the roadmap.
Primary Keyword Target: Scottsdale luxury real estate agent. Supporting research included relocation and community-level search terms.

FAQ

Before You Decide

How is this different from monthly maintenance? +

This setup is a one-time project that builds your foundation, Google Business Profile, technical fixes, initial content and a roadmap. Monthly maintenance is a separate, ongoing plan that keeps that foundation active and growing after the setup is done. You don't need one to have the other.

Do I need an existing website? +

Yes, but it doesn't have to be perfect. If you already have a real estate website, we'll audit and optimize it. If you're on a brokerage site or template platform, we'll adapt the setup around what you have.

What happens after the 90 days? +

You walk away with a documented roadmap. Some agents implement it on their own from there, others move into a monthly maintenance plan to keep it moving. Either way, there's no obligation built into the setup.

Will I see ranking movement right away? +

Google Business Profile changes tend to show up first, often within a few weeks. Content and authority gains build more gradually over the 90 days, since search engines reward consistency over time rather than a single push.

Is there a contract? +

No. This is a single project fee, paid once. There's no retainer or ongoing commitment attached to the setup itself.
